Whether you are an attorney or agent looking for a complete patent drafting solution for your firm, or a Group Account with DPR that has found money saving success and wanting to take it to the next level, a full drafting solution is available for all those who wish to pursue.

Full Account

A Full Account can be initiated under either of the two circumstances:

1) When all the patent attorneys or agents of a firm who have a demand for patent drafting agree to solely use our service (doesn't matter if the firm specializes in Intellectual Property or contains just a few patent attorneys or agents to represent that particular sector).

2) When the head partner of the firm agrees that all patent attorneys and agents with the need for patent drafting must use our service. DPR doesn't actually "know" if every member of the firm who is need of patent drafting is solely using our services, but we will consider it true if each member on the list uses us on a consistent basis.

The only requirement is that at least two patent attorneys or agents be affiliated within the firm. The account is the same as a standard individual account, except that multiple people and their respective work are placed within the same invoice. A Full Account invoice can only be sent to one particular member of the firm, and upon request, any member may see his or her subsection of the invoice. The Full Account is automatically a Retainer Account with monthly invoicing, and the firm may decide to deposit or withdraw money (as long as they do not go under) at any time.

Pricing Table Reduction and Payment Time Extension

The Full Account is subject to a pricing table reduction and payment time extension. A total of 25% is taken off from the Pricing Table if the payment has been sent within 45 days of the invoice date. Retainer accounts with enough pre-paid money to handle the invoice payment will automatically receive the 25% discount.
