GROUP DRAFTING SOLUTIONS WITHIN YOUR FIRM

Your personal satisfaction or interest in DPR can spread with the help of our Group Drafting Solutions for your firm. These new pricing solutions can be initiated when two or more patent attorneys or agents team together and agree to specifically use our drafting services. It is our responsibility to briefly describe the benefits, and then go into detail on the money saving advantages.

Group Account

The group within a firm who has decided to use our drafting services has the option of opening a Group Account. The account is the same as a standard individual account, except that multiple people and their respective work are placed within the same invoice. The group may also decide whether to have the invoice given to each attorney or agent within the group, one invoice to one particular member of the group, or one invoice sent directly to someone else within the firm. The account can also be a Retainer Account and any members or the firm itself may deposit money at any time. The Group Account must be a Monthly Account, invoices are sent at the end of every month.

Any additional attorneys or agents can be added or deleted from the Group Account at any time, as long as there remains at least two within the group. If the Group Account is decided to end (when all members expel themselves from the group account), members will immediately receive their respective invoices.

Pricing Table Reduction and Payment Time Extension

The Group Account is subject to a pricing table reduction and payment time extension. A total of 20% is taken off from the Pricing Table if the payment has been sent within 30 days of the invoice date. Retainer accounts with enough pre-paid money to handle the invoice payment will automatically receive the 20% discount.
